About the Project
Managed end-to-end logistics and delivery of a complete block production setup to a new factory in Sylhet division. The project involved careful packaging, transport of the main press unit and hydraulic system, on-site unwrapping and positioning, and preparation for commissioning. The equipment — including the orange-paneled QT4-15 main unit and yellow conveyor components — was delivered intact and staged for installation under the client's blue tin-shed factory roof.
