Product overview
The AAC Block Production Line is a fully integrated system featuring bucket elevator, lime/cement/gypsum silos, ball mill, slurry storage, PLC batching, high-speed pouring mixer, moulds, grouping conveyance, cutting machine, rolling-over table, turnover conveyor, steam generating boiler, autoclave, and steam distribution. Equipped with a 75KW cross impeller motor for rapid 3-minute mixing, tank raised by 300mm with triple-layer bearing seals, and automatic lubrication system. AAC blocks are 5x lighter than traditional concrete while maintaining structural integrity.
