Product overview
The SDOF Cutting Unit is independently developed by NewTech by learning from and absorbing foreign advanced technology, adopting a large span design with upper and lower feed. The cutting unit cuts the embryo body on six sides with thirteen rows of full-length steel wire hanging groove guide pins, and the cutting wire advances every 5MM — greatly improving the product qualification rate and finished product appearance. From flipping, lifting, walking, cutting, transferring and other processes, it has been fully upgraded to a PLC intelligent cutting control system with high automation, good stability, high output and high cutting speed.
